Helium Post #1 Halee Hartley

Did you know that sleeping disorders are becoming more and more prevalent in today's rush of everyday lives? Sleeping disorders vary from person to person in many different ways. Did you also know that there are over 100 types of sleeping disorders? Staying asleep, falling asleep, sleeping patterns and sleeping behaviors are small disorders that can be fixed or helped with easy steps. The top article or the first one that I read was very well supported and understood by me. I liked it alot and felt as though it had support for each of its ideas. It presented alot of sleeping disorders and what to do to treat them. The middle articles were mostly about personal experiences with sleeping disorders and the last articles were about sleeping disorders but were not supported with good ideas and branching off from just the first idea or article.
