Ashley Helium Vegetables

The Question is: Are Canned Vegetables as healthy as fresh ones?-bre ashley

Fewer people believe that canned vegetables are just as healthy as fresh ones than those that believe the than those that believe they are. Some say that when we cook vegetables both canned and fresh until they are soft they lose their nutrients. So they are equally healthy. For those that oppose believe that freshly grown vegetables have been treated with chemicals and natural pesticides to prevent us from eating any pest and to keep the vegetables from spoiling. Vegetables can spoil and lose nutritional value while canned so you got to be careful about what you are eating. The stronger essay states that they have tried both canned and fresh vegetables and gives in detail and supports his point very well. For the lesser essay they are not strictly focused on Yes their just as good or No their not. He talks about the good and the bad of both canned and fresh vegetables. I believe that fresh vegetables are healthier for the body than those that are canned for one reason is that they are straight from the garden and are more natural they have not yet been through the whole canning processes which can take nutrients away. Another reason is that there is more sodium in canned vegetables than in fresh which is not very healthy. Personally there is nothing like having some vegetables that came straight from the garden.
