Three slices of French toast topped with powdered sugar. Three chocolate-chip pancakes (Health Blog). Could you image trying to eat that much food everyday? People raise the question is it unhealthy to eat this much? But sports medicine doctors say yes it is if you do not burn it off. But for Phelps, his vigorous workouts demand the extra calories.
